Complaints Policy: In the first instance, please speak to Alice. In the unlikely event this doesn't resolve the issue, please send the information in an email.

Cancellation Policy: We offer a full refund on 1:1 sessions if cancelled more than 24h prior to the session. Less then this, payment will still need to be taken. For retreats, 72 hours notice needs to be given for full refund.  For group yoga sessions, non attendance will not be charged.
