There will be no in-person classes this Easter break (so no classes w/c 7th and 14th April 2025). Back again Mon 21st.
Here are a few of my pre-recorded classes to help support your yoga practice whilst I'm away. My advice would be to allocate the time in which you would normally come to class, roll out your mat at home and watch (and join in with ;-)) the video. Please listen to your body and don't force yourself into any positions.
This is a 35minute Mindfulness Yin Session: https://youtu.be/sb42Flrlklw?feature=shared
Here are 3 sessions I filmed a few years ago for Cycling UK, however, you don't need to be a cyclist to do them! They are an hour each.

An energising session:
With some more stretching:
If you are after something a little longer, this is a 75minute session titled ' the lightness of being grounded.' It was a class I put together as part of my Rajadiraja Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, althought it isn't necessarily an advanced class. However, it does include shoulder stand and variations of. So if you have never done shoulderstand before, please do 'legs up the wall instead.' (lie on back, feet towards the ceiling, heels resting on a wall, closed door)
Get in touch with any questions,
Thanks,
Alice
