Somatic Circuits​

We currently run 6 weeks blocks of Somatic Circuits, on a Monday and Friday. ​
​​Occasionally there are 'drop-in' sessions, usually at the end of a 6 week block. These will show below.
​
The current 6 week course started in Feb 2026.
​
The next 6 week course will run on a FRIDAY only, at 9:45am, starting from the 24th April.
