Privacy policy: All information gathered is purely to be able to book you in and carry out this service. All info collated and will be kept in line with GDPR guidance and no more than necessary. You may be added to a mailing list, but you will never be spammed and you can unsubscribe at any time. WIX payments manages all payment information and I don't have access to this. Any queries, please just have a chat, thanks.

Payments are connected to Alice McNeil Health through Wix payments.

Complaints Policy: In the first instance, please speak to Alice. In the unlikely event this doesn't resolve the issue, please send the information in an email.

Cancellation Policy: We offer a full refund on 1:1 sessions if cancelled more than 24h prior to the session. Less then this, payment will still need to be taken. For retreats, 72 hours notice needs to be given for full refund.  For group yoga sessions, non attendance will not be charged.
